Research and Iquiry
Questions. Reflection. Growth. Possibility.
Inquiry and reflection are at the heart of my growth as an educator and leader. Through the Master of Arts in Educational Technology program, I have challenged assumptions, explored new possibilities, and deepened my understanding of learning, assessment, coaching, technology, design, and educational change.
These reflections trace where I began, how my thinking and professional identity developed, and the questions that will continue to guide my learning and practice.
Growth begins with the willingness to keep questioning.

These three reflections tell the story of a learning journey: the goals that brought me to the program, the ideas that reshaped my practice, and the questions I will continue to pursue.

From Reflection to Practice
These essays are grounded in the projects, research, and design experiences I completed throughout the MAET program. Together, they show how reflection, experimentation, and purposeful design have shaped my work with teachers, learners, and school communities.
My MAET Showcase brings these ideas to life through examples of learning design, assessment, leadership, innovation, and inquiry.
