My current role brings together instructional coaching, educational technology, curriculum implementation, and AI integration to support teachers and school-wide improvement. It represents the culmination of my experiences as an educator, coach, and systems thinker, helping schools navigate meaningful and sustainable change.

Working with gifted learners in an intensive summer program challenged me to design authentic, high-engagement learning experiences that fostered inquiry, critical thinking, and creativity in a compressed timeframe.
